Online Guitar Coaching Has New Home

I recently moved Online Guitar Coaching from Extreme Member to using wordpress with the wishlist member plugin. It is now hosted on HostGator. The move was painless as HostGator moved all the wordpress files, database and videos for me for free!

Once everything was moved over I bought the Wishlist plugin, installed it and then set up to protect the pages, integrate with paypal and getresponse as well as migrating members over from Extreme Member.

The only snag is that since the original subscriptions were created by Extreme Member, they don’t transfer over to Wishlist. But the Wishlist support team suggested I transfer them to a free membership and then after 30 days have the members resubscribe in the new system. That’s not a bad way to go, so I went with that route.
